Check the offer in your store
NexHello is a subscription app. The applicable store may offer a trial. Check the price, billing period and trial conditions shown before confirming a purchase.
There is no permanent public free plan. A free integration template does not include an app subscription or third-party accounts.
Restore an existing purchase
Use the same store account that made the purchase. Open Settings and use the restore-purchase action if your subscription is not recognised. Purchase checks need an internet connection.
If access still looks wrong, use the support email action in the app’s Help.
Manage your subscription
Use your app store’s subscription settings to review or cancel renewal. Removing NexHello from your phone does not cancel the subscription.
Keep your data separately
A purchase restore recovers eligible app access. It does not restore contacts, photos or follow-up history.
Save a backup before changing phones or deleting the app.
