Check the follow-up
Open the contact and check that the action is still open, has a future date and has its reminder enabled.
The follow-up stays saved even when Android cannot show its notification.
Open Reminder checkup
Open the menu, then Settings, and find Reminder checkup. Review notification permission, the reminder notification channel and Alarms & reminders access.
Use the checkup’s actions to open the relevant phone settings and allow missing permissions. Names can vary between phones.
Check battery and quiet modes
Battery restrictions, unused-app settings, Do Not Disturb and other quiet modes can delay or hide alerts. Review these in your phone settings.
Checkup can help you review background restrictions. NexHello does not override Android’s settings.
Try a test reminder
Use the test action in Checkup after allowing the required permissions. It schedules a reminder for about ten seconds later.
If it still does not appear, open Help in the app and use the support email action. Include your phone model and what you tried. Do not send private contact details.
